Audrey McAuliffe's path to healing didn't start in a classroom — it started with a feeling. From a young age, she had an innate sensitivity to energy and a quiet knowing that the body held deep healing wisdom. That knowing led her to massage therapy school in Charleston, SC, and eventually to Chinese medicine — a system that finally felt like home. In 2009, she moved to Santa Cruz, California, and earned her Master's Degree in Chinese Medicine from Five Branches University. Immersed in Five Element Acupuncture and Traditional Chinese Medicine, she found a framework for healing that felt as intuitive as it did ancient. Three years later, she traveled to Zhejiang University in Hangzhou, China, where working alongside Chinese medical doctors in a real clinical setting gave her an understanding of the medicine that simply can't be found in textbooks.

Audrey has always been interested in a natural approach towards holistic health and beauty. She spent her teenage years struggling with acne and the quiet erosion of confidence that comes with it. About 6 years ago her practice took a natural evolution toward facial rejuvenation acupuncture.Then, after having her two children, she set out on her own postpartum “glow up” and discovered microneedling. The results astonished her — not just what she saw, but how she felt. Confident, radiant, and at home in her own skin for the first time in years.

That experience sent her back to her roots in Five Element Acupuncture and TCM with a new lens. Facial rejuvenation wasn't a departure from the medicine — it was a living expression of it. She trained with leading experts Mei Zen, Michelle Gellis, and Acuregen, and today cosmetic acupuncture and microneedling are an important part of her practice, held with the same depth and intention as everything that came before.

Audrey is a mother of two who travels when she can, practices yoga, and finds her clearest thinking outdoors. She brings the fullness of that life into every treatment. For her, this work has always been about one thing — wellness that starts on the inside and reaches the outside. She's lived it, and now she helps others find their way there too.
